CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in a 30% late cancellation fee, and your deposit will be forfeited. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and the deposit will be forfeited. Reschedules made more than 48 hours in advance may transfer their deposit one time as a courtesy. After that, a new deposit will be required. If you are running late, please let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late and approaching 30 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on the service and time remaining.
